How do I get there?
You can book your flight into the city of Armenia (El Eden International Airport AXM) in Quindio, Colombia (25 minutes from Casa Andaluna) with Spirit Airlines or Avianca Airlines. If you are traveling with Avianca Airlines, you will stop in Bogota (the capital of Colombia) and then fly to Armenia. We will pick you up and drop off at the airport.
If you are flying with American Airlines, you can book your flight to the city of Pereira Pereira Matecana Airport PEI, Quindio, Colombia. This airport is 2 hours from Casa Andaluna.
What should I pack?
We recommend bringing a carry-on suitcase.
Pack: sunscreen, repellent, walking shoes, comfortable clothes, bathing suit, light rain coat, toiletries, etc. Be prepared for changing weather conditions by layering up, and even if it’s sunny, always pack a rain jacket.
What is the weather like?
The temperature ranges from 81 °F (27 °C) to 87 °F (30 °C) with a low of 65°F varying between sunny and rainy days.
What is required to travel to Colombia?
All that information can be found on this Colombian Ministry of Foreign Affairs page. You will need to do a Check-In 72 hours prior to your flight.
How do I pay?
$500 non-refundable deposit required to reserve your place.
This fee may be paid in cash, or by Venmo (@Laura-Soulages) or Paypal (retreats.andaluna@gmail.com/ Laura Soulages).
The balance needs to be paid in full before the retreat.
